The small second floor includes two bedroom suites (for the client's visiting children or guests), a lounge, and a covered terrace.

The storage of the bicycles and cycling gear was a major factor in the design of the cupboard space. The floor is plain and simple to clean, which is essential for those wet winter days when they return home from work with muddy wheels and dripping clothing.

The second floor is laid out with almost nautical efficiency. Behind the closet is the bathroom.

The master walk-in closet includes custom cabinets and a washer/dryer with a folding surface.
